Why do I even need a coach?

Let’s face it, we all need a little support in our lives, even if it feels like things are going perfectly. Unfortunately, for most people, this isn’t usually the case. Whatever the situation, a coach can be your true partner and make YOU feel better and more capable of handling life’s challenges. When working with my clients, I help them develop positive habits and thinking patterns, improve relationships, learn to manage stress, and become less overwhelmed and anxious. As we work together, I can help you learn how to prioritize what is important to you and how to actually achieve it. By developing thinking skills that are not self-sabotaging, I can teach you how to be a more positive person, even if life hands you lemons. By focusing on gratitude and seeing life through a lens that supports you not hurts you, you can become happier and less anxious.

Setting and achieving goals

Coaches set achievable goals that motivate you in a healthy way.  Do you know what your personal values are?  Once we figure this out, we will have a solid basis on which to develop your goals. And guess what?  You will be a lot happier and more productive than you ever thought you could be.  Imagine that!  You will learn to have a better relationship with yourself and ultimately other people as well. You will feel good and have more self-esteem and confidence. You can figure out your dreams and actually start to live them! We will set up a complimentary Initial Coaching Phone Consultation over email

Step 3.

We will work together every week for 45 minutes. I typically meet with clients over phone call or Zoom, but I can communicate however is best for you.

 
 

Rinse & Repeat

I would love to tell you that this is a linear process and after a few simple steps you will have achieved all you’ve set out to do. In reality, whenever my clients bump into a road-block, we revisit these three steps and fine-tune mindset, get clear, and take action.

The great thing about this? My clients discover how to become more and more resourceful and learn how to coach themselves when they get stuck – bringing more ease to every aspect of their lives.
